Terms and Conditions

• The accommodations are tailored for a comfortable stay for two people.
• Receiving family members, friends, or acquaintances is not allowed.
• For safety and hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed.
• Staying in the accommodations is entirely at your own risk. Any damage caused to the accommodations, their furnishings, or items related to them by the tenant will be the responsibility of the tenant. This also applies to damage caused to third parties.
• In case of force majeure, a reservation may be canceled by the lessor, after which a refund will be issued.
• Smoking is prohibited in all areas. If guests do not comply with the smoking ban, a fine of €250 will be charged.
• Cancellation by guests is free of charge up to 28 days prior to the reserved date; thereafter, no refund will be issued.
